Past calculations harmonization

A manager usually thinks that he has accurate balance of every user. How can we trust these numbers? Calculation faults, a billing system is unable to recalculate (history of changes is in form of commentaries), revisions' negligence, malicious acts of personnel, corrections of users' balance, fake payments, debt forgiveness.

Time passes and balances stored in database are not accurate at all.

History has become transparent both for a user and for a service provider. It raises payment discipline and can serve as a true evidence in case of a court proceeding.

This methodology allows legal transferring of an overdue debt into current due payment, which gives a provider considerable economic effect after a new system has been implemented.
